Gano Mushroom Recipe – Another great way to take your Gano!

Ganoderma Mushroom Is Slowly Entering Modern Medicine

As a member of the Gano Excel Affiliate family, I am already well versed in the benefits of Ganoderma Lucidum. But despite a 4000 year history of medicinal use in Chinese and other East Asian cultures, mainstream medicine has still tended to classify this powerful mushroom into the realm of “alternative medicine.” As each day goes by, however, Ganoderma Lucidum seems to be catching the eye of modern medicine.

Iced Gano Coffee

Ganoderma Lucidum Iced Coffee Recipes

Cold coffee drinks have been steadily gaining in popularity over the last decade or so. In fact, it is likely that many of the younger coffee drinkers in the world first began their love affair with the beverage by way of a flavored cold coffee drink. So it makes perfect sense to serve some chilled varieties of Gano Excel coffee products at your “Coffee Breaks.” This will require a small amount of preparation on your part, but you certainly don’t have to go to Barista School either. Here are a few easy ideas for serving some cold coffee beverages at your next event:

1. Iced Almond Coffee – Combine 2 cups of Ganocafé™ Classic, 2 cups of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and a 1/2 tsp of almond extract, and serve over ice into 4 glasses.

2. Chocolate Iced Mocha – Combine Ganocafé™ Mocha and milk, serve over ice, top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup!

3. Blended Mocha – Combine equal parts Ganocafé™ Mocha, milk, and ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

4. Iced Latte – Pour GanoCafé™ 3-In-1 over ice! (It doesn’t get easier than that!)

Gano Antioxidants And Your Colon

Scientists gathered in Houston recently for the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) They had groundbreaking evidence about how colon cancer can be prevented. Two separate research groups established that natural substances can protect colon malignancies.

Colon cancer is linked to polyps. Polyps are lesions that grow in the large bowel, and are benign in the beginning. But, beware, because they can turn into cancerous tumors and 70 to 80% of all cancers of the colon (the longest part of the large intestine) and rectum result from this.

Polyps found during colonoscopies (which I had 3) are cut out. But, they can return. Scientists at the National Institute for Cancer Research in Genoa, Italy, conducted a long term study that shows the risk of polyps coming back can be greatly reduced. How? Antioxidants and selenium.

Gano Excel Coffee alone has 150 DIFFERENT antioxidants in every cup!

Note: These posts are only meant to inform you, and never to diagnose, or treat…and remember, have your colonoscopy if you fall into that group! Not knowing IS NOT the answer!

Ganoderma lucidum is a big piece of the puzzle when it comes to achieving overall health. Another important piece is exercise.

Experts recommend that we all get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day for optimal health. We all lead such busy lives, that it can seem like it’s hard to get 30 minutes a day to sit down and rest, let alone exercise. But if you stop and think about how much time you actually spend doing things like watching TV, browsing the internet, or catching up with everyone on Facebook, you might be surprised at how much free time you have.
